SIDETRACKS began during the pandemic, filming small moments of more-than-human beauty and gentleness. Made mostly with a phone, these recordings are composed in collaboration with George Paris, this series turned limited tools, skills and time into playful constraints that proved unexpectedly generative.

Over the years these pieces have grown in complexity while retaining the immediacy and intimacy of short-form making: brief, tender studies of encounters with the world.
