Sidetrack 03: SOUNDPIECE #03

This series began during the pandemic, when I started filming small moments that radiated what I understood as more-than-human beauty and gentleness. Working only with my phone, I composed music with my long-term collaborator George Paris, turning the limitations of our tools, skills, and time into a playful constraint—one that proved unexpectedly generative. Over the years the pieces have grown in complexity, yet I continue to return to these brief, tender studies, indulging in the immediacy and intimacy of short-form making.
