Supporting Text: WET BODIES

WET BODIES is a multimedia work combining writing, poetry, and audiovisual projection to explore forms of kinship that stretch beyond the human. These pieces turn toward the small, often overlooked moments where intimacy appears—between bodies, environments, technologies, and the more-than-human worlds we move through.

Drawing on queer and transecological thinking, WET BODIES looks at the erotic as something that can live in texture, atmosphere, touch, and exchange. The work gathers these traces of closeness—sensations, gestures, fragments of conversation—and lets them settle together, forming a loose, breathing record of how relation takes shape.

At its heart, the project asks how we stay connected: to each other, to place, and to the shifting ecologies that hold us. WET BODIES offers a space to notice those connections with softness, curiosity, and a sense of shared becoming.
